ITALY. Sicilia (Regno). Filippo II di Spagna, 1554-1598. 3 Tari 1562 (Silver, 28 mm, 8.63 g, 8 h), Messina. PHILIPPVS D G Cuirassed bust of Philipp II to left. Rev. ✠REX SICILIAE 1562 Cross with crowned flames at the ends, T-P in the lower quarters. Spahr 68/71. Nicely toned and unusually well preserved. Light doubling on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
